Liguria offers a wide array of culinary delights.
The holiday region not only impresses with its amazing nature, but it is also famous for its great native olive oil and the delicious local wines.
Olives thrive in Liguria’s landscape which is shaped by olive groves. Thus olives are found in a lot of ligiran dishes. Furthermore the cuisine includes Pesto, primi and secondi Piatti, dishs of wild game and a range of seafood.
The ligurian cuisine can be descriped as mediterreanan and is still very traditional.
